Returns & Exchanges

At LIRA, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our system.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed and credited back to your account within 5-7 business days.
